Advantage Ice Bucket Challenge

I am writing this letter in the hopes that you will consider giving a gift that will make a difference.

Advantage Physical Therapy is planning an “Ice Bucket Challenge” event to benefit ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease.  This event will be held Monday, September 8, 2014 from 5-8pm at Advantage Physical Therapy, 5556 Davison Rd, Lockport, NY 14094. There will be a basket raffle, 50/50 split, giveaways, food, drinks and so much more. The proceeds from this event will be donated to ALS research, education, advocacy and patient services. I am asking for your support because people with ALS must rely on the kindness of others if a cure is to be found.

VeVe Pietrocarolo,  Molly Case and Cornerstone CFCU Arena, Lockport’s own ice rink,  are offering their support in helping us reach our fundraising goal. No gift is too small; any support will be appreciated. We are accepting donations for our basket raffle as well as monetary donations. Please make your check out to the “ALS” Association and mail it to Advantage Physical Therapy, 5556 Davison Rd, Lockport, NY 14094. We would be glad to pick up any donation offered.
