9th Annual Agents of Hope Golf Tournament

Help us find a cure for ALS and join us for the 9th Annual ERA Agents of Hope Golf Tournament.

We have raised $95,000 to date, help us reach $100,000 this year!!!

The money that we raise will go towards a mission that we can all get behind - a world without ALS.

There is currently NO cure, and that is just unacceptable for a disease with a life expectancy of 2-5 years.

Funds raised will go towards:

Continuing the 150+ research projects looking into the causes of ALS in hopes of developing better treatments
Supporting patient services clinics, support groups, equipment lending, and transportation
Leading the way in helping to ensure the ALS community has proper access to care.

The 18-hole scramble event takes place on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the Chautauqua Golf Club. This tournament is one of the most fun and exciting tournaments in the area, just ask our prior team players! The cost is $100 per player or $75 if you are a CGC member. The fee includes 18 holes, cart, lunch, and dinner. 10:00 - registration, 11:30 - shot gun start. Dinner after provided by La Familia restaurant.
